How does student sponsorship work? We will pair you with a student and you will receive updates about their academic progress. You’ll receive, pictures throughout the year, and personalized artwork from your student.

The Joseph School develops servant leaders by engaging students daily in a healthy and safe educational environment. We believe preparing students for leadership involves academic excellence that empowers our students to be catalysts for change in their communities and beyond.
The student sponsorship program helps us provides free tuition for each student, along with global community support to help ensure our students have everything they need to be successful.

SAFE TRANSPORTATION
We are proud to provide transportation for our students. It is so important to us that our students have a safe and dependable way to get to school and back home. This would not be possible without your support. Your monthly donation goes toward covering gas prices and maintenance.
ACCESS TO EDUCATION
Most of all, by sponsoring a student, you grant access to a world class education at The Joseph School. Our students receive quality education and are set up for a lifetime of success beyond the borders of our school. Your donation will help develop these children into servant leaders!
SCHOOL SUPPLIES
Anyone who’s had a child in school knows how many things a successful classroom needs. Your donation helps us provide pencils, markers, workbooks, reading books and so much more!
DAILY MEALS
We know that being hungry can be one of the biggest distractions a child can face in the classroom. Since food insecurity is prominent in Haiti, we provide breakfast and lunch for our students everyday. Your gift helps us buy groceries and supply our kitchen staff. You help us provide them with everything they need to prepare delicious and nutritious meals for over 200 students, every day.
CLASSROOM SPONSORSHIP
Sponsoring a whole classroom is a huge gift for our school. Your monthly gift of $1500 will go towards helping 30-40 students in your chosen class and supporting the classroom teachers. With addition to meals, student supplies and transportation this sponsorship helps develop teacher training and contributes toward teacher supplies.
In Haiti, 43% of children are not in primary school and over ½ of these children are girls.
An even greater number of 80% never attend secondary school.
At The Joseph School, we have equal representation of both girls and boys.
